Videos are split the same way photos are. The ones the person uploaded sit under Videos on their profile. Videos they were tagged in belong to other people. Reels have their own tab. Videos they liked or commented on are not on the profile at all, but Facebook can list them.
Paste the profile link above and press the button. The Videos row under Profile opens what they uploaded, Tags opens what other people filmed them in, Liked opens the videos they reacted to and Comments opens the ones they wrote under.
Each video has its own audience, set when it was posted. Facebook applies it before it shows you anything, so a friends-only clip simply does not appear for someone outside the list. Live videos keep the audience they were streamed with, and a Live saved to the profile is watchable later at the same setting.
Videos in groups follow the group. A public group's videos open for anyone. A private group's videos open only for members, even when the person's own profile is public.
Facebook counts views on public videos but does not tell the uploader who watched. The exception is stories, which show a viewer list, and Reels shared as a story. A video posted to the timeline can be watched, paused and replayed with no name attached.
Reels are Facebook's short vertical videos. On a profile they have their own Reels tab, next to Photos and Videos. A public Reel plays for anyone logged in, and a direct link to one usually plays in a browser without logging in, until Facebook asks you to sign in.
Facebook does not tell anyone who watched their Reel. The owner sees a play count, the reactions and the comments, never a list of names. The one exception is a Reel shared to a story: watch it from the story bar and you land on that story's viewer list.
Three ways to watch a public Reel:
No. StalkFace only opens the videos on Facebook. It does not copy or store anything.

Yes. Facebook shows the owner a play count, not the names of the people who watched. The only exception is a Reel shared to a story, which follows the story viewer list. Paste a public Reel link into the video box on this page and it plays right here.
Public ones, usually. A direct Reel link tends to play in a browser without logging in, and the video box on this page plays public Reels through Facebook's official player. Reels shared with friends only need a login and a place in that audience.
