When the page redirects me to Facebook, it shows an error message like:

"No se entiende esta búsqueda. Intenta expresarlo de otra forma." (Spanish)

Solution: You need to configurate your Facebook in English (US), to do this, you need to enter in Settings > Language, edit the language to English (US) and save it. Remember, you need to be logged on Facebook when access to link.

When I enter a photo URL, the page shows an error:

Please, enter a valid Facebook profile or Facebook photo URL

Solution: This happens when the photo is private because the page cannot access to the profile, in this case, if you can see the private photo, then you can take the profile URL, please, use the profile URL.

When I enter a profile URL, the page shows an error:

Please, enter a valid Facebook profile or Facebook photo URL

Solution: Make sure that your profile URL is a correct URL like https://www.facebook.com/zuck, if the error persists, please contact us.

The name appears like "Unknown":

Solution: In some cases the page cannot access to get the profile name, but it is not a problem because the link is armed correctly.

Does the page have access to my Facebook?

No, the page only gets the necessary data to create the links from the profile or photo URL.
